The dome is insulated with double wall blanket for optimum heat Retention. The floor is 2" brick lined to evenly retain the heat. This Wood Fired Pizza Oven comes with a built in Thermometer to keep an eye on the temperature of the food you are cooking. An ash catching tray is also built in the back of the dome to catch all the ashes. This Wood Fired Pizza Oven is a new design. Dimensions are 44inches deep by 51 inches in height and 31 inches in width. It stands at 76 inches high with the chimney. Cooking space is about 1065 square inches.
